The unique effect of this exfoliating serum is that it removes dead skin cells and penetrates deep into the pores, reducing breakouts and blackheads. Thanks to the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory natural salicylic acid it contains, it calms the skin, while its 5% niacinamide (vitamin B3) content also helps soothe it. Thanks to the 5% lactic acid it improves the look of textured skin, making it radiant and evening out skin tone. Lactic acid revives dull skin, hydrates and rejuvenates it by removing dead skin cells. Completely fragrance-free – the only scent is the delicate note of Damask rose water.

How to use: apply 2–3 drops to cleansed skin. Leave on for 5 minutes, then apply your moisturiser. Use it 3 times a week at first.

Natural salicylic acid (BHA)

A fat-soluble beta-hydroxy acid (BHA). It can penetrate inside the pores, where it loosens and removes accumulated dead skin cells and hardened sebum (blackheads). Thanks to its strong anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effect, it is the main weapon against breakouts and enlarged pores.

Lactic acid (AHA)

A gentle chemical exfoliant from the alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) family. It loosens the bonds between dead skin cells, leaving the skin's surface smoother and more even. What makes it special is that it not only exfoliates but also acts as a natural humectant, improving the skin's ability to hold moisture.

Niacinamide (vitamin B3)

A multifunctional active proven in many ways. It regulates sebum production, refines pore size, inhibits melanin transfer (thus fading pigmentation spots) and stimulates ceramide synthesis to strengthen the skin's protective barrier. It is also an effective anti-inflammatory for breakouts and rosacea.

Panthenol (provitamin B5)

An excellent water-binding, soothing and wound-healing active. In the skin it converts into pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), which is essential for the regeneration and metabolism of skin cells. It strengthens the skin barrier and reduces inflammation, itching and redness.

Glycerin

A classic plant-derived humectant. It draws water from the deeper layers of the skin and from the environment into the upper layers of the skin and holds it there. It restores the structure of the intercellular lipids and softens the skin.

Sodium PCA (NMF)

One of the most important components of the skin's natural moisturising factor (NMF). Strongly hygroscopic (water-attracting), it increases the skin's water content and elasticity and helps prevent dehydration without weighing the skin down.

Allantoin

A cell-regenerating, soothing molecule that stimulates the formation of new skin (epithelialisation). It helps damaged skin regenerate and reduces irritation and redness. Thanks to its mild keratolytic (exfoliating) effect, it softens and smooths the skin's surface.

Damask rose water

A classic anti-ageing and moisturising hydrosol. Excellent for toning, firming and soothing. It reduces redness, stimulates regeneration and gives the skin a fresh, rested look while releasing a sublime fragrance.
